Has Instagram hidden your likes?

In response, Instagram has informed in an official statement that it is a bug. This software bug is part of the private tests being carried out by the app to improve the user experience.

At the moment, the error has not been resolved and may be a clue about the future of the social network. For a couple of years now, there has been a rumor going around that the Instagram team is working to make the app focus on content instead of the number of “likes”. So maybe this alleged bug will become a reality soon.
