Hello Kitty reunites with adidas for its 50th anniversary

The collaborations between the Sanrio character and some of the most popular brands of the moment do not stop. After McDonald’s and Crocs, now it’s the turn of the three stripes.

Having reimagined some of their most iconic silhouettes such as the Stan Smith, Superstar, Forum Low and Astir, Hello Kitty collaborates with adidas once again to invade the Adilette for its 50th anniversary. Taking a fun and bold approach, the sandals feature a plush upper with a fully oversized Hello Kitty silhouette that sits on top of the original model’s traditional white structure.

The limited edition launch comes with a very special box entitled ‘Hello Kitty and Friends’, featuring the different characters that accompany the cutest kitty in all her adventures, such as My Melody and Kuromi, among others.

At the moment, the Hello Kitty x adidas Originals Adilette Slides are only available in Japan, but it is not excluded that they will arrive to the rest of the countries in the next weeks.
