Only two years into her career, Irma Farelo, known artistically as Mushkaa, sister of singer Bad Gyal, has positioned herself as one of the pioneers of Barcelona’s new music scene. The 19-year-old, with a more hip-hop style than her older sister, has made a name for herself through collaborations with The Tyets, Figa Flawas and others. No m’estimes +’, with Julieta and her regular producer Roots, is a disco anthem to hit the dancefloors hard.
The artist has burst onto the independent urban scene and is capable of filling any space where she sings her songs. After her session with Gallery Sessions and the success of her latest project SexySensible, where Mushkaa mixes electronic sounds with Latin echoes such as reggaeton and lyrics in Catalan and Spanish, now the singer has been one of the stars of the latest Zalando campaign and has taken the time to reveal her 10 essential tracks of the season.
