FRIDAY 18 MARCH

One more Friday, Razzmatazz turns into Fuego, the clubber’s answer to the urban music scene. This time, our trusted club hosts Jarreau Vandal, DREA and Yibril. After being part of the Amsterdam club scene, focused on the new electronic Wavefiles as resident DJ and promoter, he released his first EP, The Jarreau Vandal white label, on Soulection, followed by others on Hear this Records or Rinse, already an essential figure in the global urban scene. An LGTBI+ look at Planet Life’ is the permanent exhibition of the Natural Science Museum of Barcelona and proposes a journey through the sexual diversity of the animal world from an LGBTIQ+ perspective. It moves away from stereotypes and social precepts imposed by humans to learn about the affective, sexual and gender naturalness of animals through 12 panels that invite us to reflect on this diversity. SATURDAY 19TH MARCH

The Soul Market celebrates the first edition of this year’s market in a special session. More than twenty stands with all kinds of designs, artists and artisans will be selling jewellery, clothing and decorative items. Located in Belushi’s Barcelona, with the aim of promoting local commerce and supporting enterprising artists, some of its previous exhibitors have included ‘banash.brand’, ‘room29bcn’ and ‘talimouck’, among others.

SUNDAY 20 MARCH

Thanks to the warm welcome on its return to the stage, Cirque du Soleil has added dates in Barcelona with ‘Luzia’. The Big White Tent of the prestigious Canadian company is extending its stay in the Cultural District of Hospitalet from 17 March until 1 May. Loaded with imagination, visually surprising and directed by Swedish director Daniele Finzi Pasca, it integrates water as an artistic element for the first time in a marquee production.
