One more week, from the HIGHXTAR team we are in charge of collecting the best plans to enjoy the weekend to the fullest. For all those without ideas… Pay attention, here are our weekly recommendations.

FRIDAY 17 JUNE

Sónar will once again be held as we know it from 16 to 18 June 2022. Headlining the line-up for this new edition are The Chemical Brothers, with a new audiovisual show that should have been seen as early as 2020 but has been postponed, as well as The Blaze, Moderat, C. Tangana, Arca, Princess Nokia, Serpentwithfeet, Joy Orbison, Ms Nina, Nathy Peluso and Morad, among many others. Get your ticket here.

CaixaForum will become the epicentre of the international tattoo scene. From 8 p.m. there will be live tattoo demonstrations by three world-renowned tattoo artists: Paula Cruz, a tattoo artist specialising in Nordic and Celtic styles, Carlos Fabra, a tattoo artist with a realistic style, and Víctor Chill, a tattoo artist who focuses on three ‘new school’ styles, Japanese and realism.

SATURDAY 18 JUNE

DJ, model, designer and a true icon of Spanish fashion, Sita Abellán is clearly an all-rounder. She confirms this once again when, just after the birth of her first child with singer and actor Leïti Sène, she announced her residency at OUTOPIA, the new space at INPUT Dance Club, which opens on 18 June.

SUNDAY 19 JUNE

The Barcelona Erotic Fair celebrates its 29th edition from 16 to 19 June at the Vall d’Hebron Olympic Pavilion to demand the normalisation of sexual eroticism and the acceptance of non-normative bodies. As in previous editions, the Erotic Fair is committed to a feminist, diverse and inclusive programme to offer visitors a space for fun and the discovery of new pleasures.
