IKEA launches its first clothing collection

The Swedish company (@ikeajapan) has ventured into a collection of clothes dubbed “EFTERTRADA”. The range will be launched at IKEA’s Harajuku store in Tokyo.

IKEA Japan will release the first IKEA clothing collection called “EFTERTRADA”. The capsule, which will be launched at the Harajuku store, will include a T-shirt, a hooded sweatshirt, an umbrella, handbags, as well as towels and water bottles. The designs feature a combination of the distinctive blue/yellow logo and bar codes on a plain white background.

The “EFTERTRADA” garments are made from organic cotton, while the reusable water bottles help reduce plastic waste

 

The IKEA “EFTERTRADA” collection will go on sale on 31 July at the IKEA Japan website.
