Rapper Kendrick Lamar is putting his former four-bedroom mansion up for sale. The property located in Eastvale, California, has a large kitchen, swimming pool and more. You want it? Well, it’s $800,000.
The property was listed with celebrity real estate agency Provident Real Estate earlier this month and is reportedly the home where the artist’s parents and siblings lived. The villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room, a formal dining room, a spacious kitchen, a backyard with a private pool and a three-car garage.
The TDE rapper initially bought the property for $523,000 in 2014, but eventually moved his parents and siblings to a different $2.65 million home in Calabasas a few years later. Currently, Lamar lives in a Manhattan Beach property worth $10 million.
Earlier in June, it was revealed that the singer will perform a set spanning his career at Day N’ Vegas. Fans will also see sets from artists such as YG, DaBaby, Baby Keem, Polo G, Lil Uzi Vert, Don Toliver, Freddie Gibbs, Isaiah Rashad, Doja Cat, Saweetie, P-Lo, SZA, Snoh Aalegra, Lucky Daye, Majid Jordan, SiR, Joyce Wrice and Thundercat.
