Oakley® launches two new eyewear models called CMDN and HSTN, born from immersion in the avant-garde minds and out-of-the-ordinary ideas of the neighbourhoods they are named after: London’s Camden Town and New York’s Houston Street.
To design these frames, the Oakley team collaborated with two cultural instigators from the Camden Town and Houston Street skate and design worlds to try to understand the secret of life in these neighbourhoods. The result is these two new models that draw from sport and urban culture.
To develop the CMDN, Oakley has been inspired by the cultural undercurrents without renouncing to its catches. The glasses with Prizm lenses update the brand’s iconic silhouette. They also come with modernized “trigger-style” temples and a durable yet lightweight O Matter™ frame.
For the HSTN, the brand combines cutting-edge design with heritage features. These glasses follow the same Prizm patterns, trigger temples and O Matter™ frame as the previous one. However, they come in two sizes and are available with Oakley Authentic prescription lenses.
Combining avant-garde and revolutionary design, the new CMDN and HSTN sunglasses offer a culturally rich optical experience that represents the inimitable qualities of each individual. These models are available on the brand’s website.
And now… Why not take a look at Oakley’s new rimless sports eyewear?
