LA FIRMA: the musical reality of Tainy, Nicki, Rauw and more

Urban music fans are in for a treat with the highly anticipated premiere of ‘LA FIRMA’. Netflix’s first Spanish-language music talent show, which features global superstars Rauw Alejandro, Tainy, Nicki Nicole, Yandel, and renowned music executive Lex Borrero as judges and coaches.

The 8-episode music competition follows the lives of 12 contestants from Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Argentina, Peru, Puerto Rico and the United States, who compete for the chance to secure a record deal with music’s most innovative talent incubators, NEON16.

At the end of the reality show, only one finalist will receive ‘LA FIRMA’. After settling into a luxurious Miami mansion, the contestants are surprised by a visit from the show’s judges, iconic artists, producers and music executives: Lex Borrero, Tainy, Nicki Nicole, Rauw Alejandro and Yandel. Together they explain what to expect as they enter the competition….

In addition, LA FIRMA has partnered with Spotify to create the official playlist for the series. After each episode, the music will be available for download, along with an original playlist called LA FIRMA. The playlist includes songs from all the guests, judges and the four finalists of the series.

Created by Lex Borrero, developed by Howard T. Owens and executive producers Santiago Zapata, Nikki Boella, Ivanni Rodriguez and Moira Noriega, and produced by NTERTAIN and Propagate, this groundbreaking music competition is the first of its kind, showcasing the best undiscovered talent and culture that has made urban Latin music a global phenomenon.
