Dior ‘s creative director presented this week her Pre-Fall 2021 collection at the Long Museum in Shanghai. For this, she turned the catwalk into a real disco where the models walked on a leopard carpet and a golden background.
The collection, inspired by fairy tales, included a large number of sequined garments and shiny fabrics adapted to skirts, dresses, jackets and suits. Color did not go unnoticed either, completely invading models such as the Book Tote, pleated skirts and the iconic Dior Oblique logo. The aim was, without a doubt, to add a cheerful and casual touch to the different designs.
As we can see, each and every one of the outfits have been created to pay tribute to individuality and the power of music. It is important to note that one of the most important references when looking for inspiration has been the K-pop universe; which is reflected in the leopard prints and fluorescent colors.
