Moschino pays homage to Sesame Street in its latest collection

Moschino brings back the Sesame Street characters and introduces them in his new collection in an unusual way; with chains and caps in the purest streetwear style.

Millennial -and not so millennial- nostalgia shakes us again thanks to Moschino‘s latest capsule. In it, the Italian fashion house modernizes the Sesame Street characters and brings them back to the streets through new garments. In this way, Jeremy Scott recovers Elmo, Big Bird, Elmo, Oscar the Grouch and other icons of our childhood and gives them a new urban style.

For the campaign, singer Kacey Musgraves poses with the different designs that have been included in this new collection while munching on the typical Cookie Monster cookie. We thus find a total denim look composed of a vest and a miniskirt that include patches of the characters; a cotton dress with puffed sleeves accompanied by a graphic of Oscar the Grouch or a gray tracksuit composed of a sweatshirt and matching joggers.

The Moschino x Sesame Street collection will be available from May 25 at the brand’s online boutique.
