Moschino Pre-Fall 22: color block and optical prints

Moschino y su director creativo, Jeremy Scott, llenan de alegría y color los días más grises del otoño con su última colección Pre-Fall 22.

Continuing with the Fall and Pre-Fall 22 collections, Moschino and its creative director, Jeremy Scott, as well as Dior, Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton, were two of the last to present their latest proposals for this type of mini season.

Patenting the clear line of design that characterises him, connecting the dystopian drama of A Clockwork Orange with the psychedelia of the pop colours of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and continuing with the idea of ironising and parodying fashion and current trends, Scott has decided to fill the greyest autumn days with colour, joy and fun with his craziest creations and with the optical prints inspired by Victor Vasarely.

On the other hand, one of the trends that we have been able to appreciate in this collection has been the color block, which is applied to all types of garments, from double-breasted tailored suits and orchestra uniforms to trompe l’oeil jumpers. The finishing touch to all these looks was the bondage-style masks, a big trend at the moment, made with face paints by the make-up artist Kabuki.

Do you dare to wear any of the pieces from the Moschino by Jeremy Scott Pre-Fall 22 collection? We do.
