The first Netflix restaurant will open on a temporary basis from 30 June in Los Angeles, serving the creations of the platform’s most renowned chefs.
Netflix has just announced that it will open its first restaurant called Netflix Bites on 30 June. The streaming platform will deploy in this pop-up located in the Short Stories Hotel in Los Angeles a menu full of Michelin stars created by world-renowned chefs who star in documentaries, competitions or popular Netflix shows such as ‘Chef’s Table’ or ‘Nailed It’.
This gastronomic experience will feature Curtis Stone (Iron Chef), Dominique Crenn (Chef’s Table), Ming Tsai (Iron Chef), Nadiya Hussain (Nadiya Bakes), Ann Kim (Chef’s Table), Rodney Scott (Chef’s Table), Jacques Torres (Nailed It!) and Andrew Zimmern (Iron Chef). A whole spectacle of flavours and fusions that will turn Netflix Bites into an evening like a movie.
An all-star cast that has collaborated in the creation and design of the menus that will go from the screen to the table. Elaborations that will revolve around ‘bite flights’ that will reflect the specialities of each of them, and their gastronomic identities. In addition, the venue will feature a Drink Masters cocktail menu starring Frankie Solarik, Julie Reiner, LP O’Brien and Kate Gerwin.
So far they have not revealed what the menu or the menu of this pop up restaurant will consist of, but they have already opened reservations through their website. Netflix Bites will be open from 5pm to 10pm every day of the week, while on Saturdays and Sundays it will offer a brunch menu from 10am to 2pm.
