New York and nautical style inspire new GANT SS25 collection

GANT, the American sportswear brand, has just unveiled its Spring/Summer ‘25 collection, an ode to relaxed sophistication and maritime spirit. Inspired by nautical tradition, this new collection reaffirms the brand’s link to the sea, paying homage to timeless maritime aesthetics.

The SS25 collection reinvents nautical style with a fresh, contemporary approach. Each garment reflects the essence of the American oceans, drawing from the coastal life of the East Coast, from the golden era of the America’s Cup in the 80s to the adventurous energy of the 90s and the untamed character of its climates.

In the men’s line, GANT returns to the ‘90s, fusing sartorial sophistication with a relaxed air. Casual suits in lightweight fabrics are mixed with nautical knitwear, T-shirts and shorts, capturing the carefree essence of the maritime world. With a focus on versatility, the collection transitions easily from day to night, and from the beach to urban streets.

For the women’s line, SS25 presents a modern and refined interpretation of nautical classics, infusing a preppy, feminine touch to iconic basics. Traditional Breton stripes, a quintessential nautical symbol, are updated on shirts and knitwear, while sporty details such as adjustable drawstrings and elasticated waists add comfort to luxurious pieces.

Shirts evoke classic yacht club styling, keeping that ‘college’ vibe flowing as the season moves into the warmer months, complemented by shorts, two-piece sets and swimwear.
