Vintage diving jackets and dresses are some of the pieces that Nicolas Di Felice has rescued from the Courrèges archive for this season.
In an attempt to transport the beach and its activities to the French capital, the creative director of Courrèges immersed himself – never better said – in the brand’s past seasons to reinterpret them and adapt them to the ‘Motomami’ era.
Monochromatic leather looks, transparencies, cut-outs, waistcoats, cami dresses, oversized trousers and sporty sunglasses. All accompanied by the brand’s emblematic AC logo, which was imposed on the majority of the garments with details such as spiral buttons, zips and pointed fabrics that resemble the shape of shells.
