We have already seen this synergy on several occasions with the Gibson 3-Eye model, and this time NOAH reconnects with Solovair to create this high utility Jungle Boot as part of their Made in England collection.
Solovair was established as a footwear manufacturer for the British Army in the 1960s, founded in Wollaston, Northamptonshire. In the 1990s it became a benchmark for purists and independent punk stores, going on to define British counterculture. Today, Solovair’s footwear uses the same lasts, leather cutters and machinery as their original boots, and retains their classic air-cushioned suspension.
The Jungle Boots are composed of a mix of polished black leather and olive canvas, with a look representative of Solovair’s military heritage. Other details include thick laces, metal eyelets, long nylon heel loops and black Goodyear lug soles.
These NOAH x Solovair Made in England Jungle Boot will be available at NOAH’s online and physical stores on February 23 at 11 a.m. (ET). Find more details about this collaboration here.
