The first release of the Oakley Fragment capsule collection includes the Frogskings in black and matte black and Japanese-made clothing.

Oakley® and Fragment return with the Frogskins™ 2023 collection, celebrating iconic Frogskins frames and merchandise in a two-phase launch. Fragment, a design company founded by musician, producer and designer Hiroshi Fujiwara, has partnered with Oakley to create a limited collection, marking Fujiwara‘s sixth collaboration with the brand. The partnership combines the finest design and craftsmanship to create a collection with the distinct signature of both brands.

Hiroshi Fujiwara, known as the godfather of Ura-Harajuki and the streetwear world, founded Fragment Design in 2003 and has collaborated with some of the biggest names in fashion and culture. Minimalist yet special designs have been carefully combined to embody Fujiwara‘s timeless style, proving that less can be more. With a sleek and understated design and aesthetic, Oakley and Fragment fused the unique DNA of both brands to perfectly reinterpret the legendary Frogskins.

“With each collaboration with Oakley, we unlock a new level of artistic talent,” says Hiroshi. “The pieces in our OI23 collection are understated yet timeless, designed to fit seamlessly into almost anyone’s wardrobe.”

Oakley Frogskins fuse with the unique vision of the Japanese artist to create an exclusive package that needs no introduction. The first release contains a limited edition collector’s pack of eyewear in which Fujiwara brings his personal aesthetic to the Frogskins Titanium in satin black and the Frogskins in matte black laser. Equipped with grey Prizm™ lenses, both shades provide wearers with an ultra-sharp visual experience, while the micro-bag and special carrying case add a layer of protection to these coveted frames.

The limited-edition capsule will include black and white hoodies and short-sleeved T-shirts. It will be available from January 19th through Oakley‘s website and in selected retail shops.
