Patta and Tommy Hilfiger have teamed up to pay tribute to the African community and its culture through a new collection.
Having already worked with Reebok Classic for a Club C collaboration, the Dutch brand is now teaming up with Tommy to bring a new project to life.
It is a commemoration that aims to celebrate the African community and the self-realisation of its communities. In this way, numerous garments have been designed, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, trousers and accessories that reflect the traditional Pan-African colours.
To do so, they have travelled to Lagos (Nigeria) where they have made its landscapes the setting for the photoshoot of their lookbook. In addition, a short film entitled ‘Two Become One’ has been shot and ‘Katibo Yeye’, a documentary directed by Frank Zichem, will be on sale.
The collection will be available from 9 April in both the Patta online shop and the Tommy Hilfiger online boutique.
