We were able to taste the collaboration between Reebok and Chromat for the first time at New York Fashion Week. Now the shared silhouette of both brands is on the market. The Instapump Fury model comes in warm, vibrant colors, perfect for this season.
This is not the first time this duo has met, previously Chromat and Reebok have worked on sportswear design. In addition, they have reissued the Sole Fury and Zig Kinetica sneakers. This new collaboration moves away from the conventional projects seen so far between Reebok and Chromat. The Instapump Fury silhouette mixes the sporty character and style of haute couture. The colors selected for this line are: “Emerald/ Alert Yellow/ Glacier Blue”, “Vector Blue/ Glacier Blue/ Black” and “Solar Orange/ Alert Yellow/ Black”.
The structure of the shoe is maintained with a mesh upper and a foam skeleton envelope. The TPU stripes wrap around the shoe for a more technical look. Colors are blended to give a sense of transition and movement. The rubber outsole is colored in the upper to give a more homogeneous look to the shoe.
Each pair has aesthetic details that differentiate them to make them unique and independent. Reebok x Chromat has decided to use a warm color range that gives vivacity to the Instapump Fury model. All three share the details on the tab where the names of the brand pair are embroidered. On the other hand, the heel looks like a sex symbol of infinity and finally, a unique pattern printed on the adjustment lever.
The Chromat x Reebok Instapump Fury collection is priced at 179.95 euros and is available on the Reebok website.
