Using his keen eye for reinterpreting American classics, Rhuigi teams up with Puma to create a capsule that celebrates the spirit of New York City.
The collection includes a faux fur down jacket paired with the iconic PUMA Suede.
Rhuigi decides to add varsity-style appliqués and patches to the down to create a narrative red thread around New York City. As for the PUMA Suede, they are crafted in premium black leather, with reptile textured detailing on the heel and the year “1991” stamped in gold.
The campaign stars real New Yorkers, celebrating the beauty and individuality of those from the city that never sleeps. They are Liv (@tylivbonaparte), artist and model, Yang Xiao Di a Chinese juggling master who has performed with the Big Apple Circus and the National Circus Project, and Jared Crawford (@choclattjared), drummer, industrial percussionist and composer.
The PUMA x Rhuigi capsule will be available starting today, December 17, 2022, at PUMA.com, PUMA stores and select retailers worldwide.
