Saint Laurent presented its long-awaited proposal at Paris Fashion Week with a staging where models literally walked on water.
If there is one thing Anthony Vaccarello (@anthonyvaccarello) knows how to do, besides designing, it is to make his fashion shows unforgettable. This time with the backdrop of the illuminated Eiffel Tower presented us with a collection in which navy blue trousers with high waists, tucked into snakeskin boots, set the tone of the first part of the runway.
The suits were soon joined by a house trademark, the typical Vaccarello hems, which were applied in bold mini-dresses with transparent tops or shiny gala suits. At times a certain circus and hippie aesthetics seized the garments, but it was only a mirage as sobriety dominated greatly.
A proposal that consolidates the trend of animal prints and the evocation of the golden age of fashion through the models of the 90s.

A Saint Laurent (@ysl) typical from Vacarello that continues with its playful and elegant line that continues – in some areas – creating doubts… Slimane’s shadow is very big.
