Shayne Oliver x UGG or how to revive the Y2K effect

UGG, the winter season’s footwear of choice, surprises with a new collaboration with New York designer Shayne Olivier.

Establishing a futuristic aesthetic and keeping with Olivier‘s codes, the UGG Classic Boot is updated, resulting in two new versions of the low Armourite Sabatons and the high Armourite Greaves.

Designed in neutral colours such as black and white, both shoe options are made from perforated leather, maintain a panelled design and include a recycled lyocell and wool sock lining. To make them even more customisable, they feature a removable toe cap and outer shaft.

“I like the idea of playing with tradition and taking it to extreme levels, and UGG is a big part of the language that I’m very happy to pursue,” says the designer.

The new UGG x Shayne Olivier are now available through the UGG website as well as in their physical shops.
