Snoop Dogg to carry the Olympic torch at Paris 2024 Games

The Paris Olympics are taking shape, and Snoop Dogg will be one of the Olympic torchbearers this Friday 26 July, on the final day of the relay before the opening ceremony. The American rapper will walk the streets of Saint-Denis with the torch, following in the footsteps of stars such as Jin from BTS.

At 52, Snoop joins the many torchbearers who have accompanied the Olympic flame through France since the start of the relay on 8 May. Also taking part in Saint-Denis will be French actress Laetitia Casta, French rapper MC Solaar and former Ukrainian pole vault champion Sergey Bubka.

During the Olympics, Snoop will attend events, visit Parisian landmarks and meet with athletes, friends and family. On his social media, he has shared images celebrating the start of the Olympics. ‘Ready, the Paris 2024 Olympics are here, let’s do it, are you gonna be watching?‘
