Sydney Sweeney sued by swimwear brand

LA Collective has sued Sydney Sweeney for cancelling the three-year contract between the two parties.

The Euphoria star will be required to cover damages following her breach of the deal. The agreement between the two parties involved the promotion of LA Collective’s Somewhere Swimwear line by Sweeney, who decided to “back out” at the last minute without any explanation or cause. Furthermore, according to the brand, the actress “appropriated the designs for her own use” as she used them in at least five episodes of the iconic HBO series.
