The creative union between Converse and Telfar has emerged as one of the most coveted in the industry. To satisfy the needs of their fandom, they wanted to present a second instalment. The new collaborative episode declines in a genderless range of clothing and footwear, marking the Clemens’ firm’s foray into footwear.
The capsule collection revives a series of vintage models that now have a new form of existence based on deconstruction. The Converse x Telfar Pro-Leather Slip-On reinvents a runway classic in a ballet shoe that deconstructs the Converse emblem.
Building on that design, the Pro-Leather Mary Jane silhouette features the same low-profile upper over a tonal vintage white colorway and nylon toe cap and includes a double-iconographic arch strap.
The Converse x Telfar Slides complete the footwear offering in black, navy and khaki. They feature an embossed Telfar Star logo strap and a pebble-textured rubber base.
The same star and logo motif runs through the rest of the collection: on T-shirts, tank tops, or sweatshirts that play on the same white-grey-navy color combo. Minimalism bathes this second drop that refers, once again, to inclusivity and the idea of being a brand “for everyone”.
