Sotheby’s International Realty has just announced that the house from ‘The Conjuring’ has been sold for $1,525,000 (approximately 1,500,000 euros).
Located in Rhode Island, this cursed house managed to sell for 27% of its original price. The property, which has been gaining popularity due to the horror film saga, becomes the most expensive property sold in Burrillville so far.
“It is a career highlight to have been a part of the legacy of this historic home,” says Ben Kean, junior partner and sales associate with The Blackstone Team. “Representing and marketing this home was an honour we did not take lightly, and we are grateful to the sellers for trusting us to be their partners through this transaction.”
