PLAY CGD elevates K-Way’s outerwear

PLAY COMME des GARÇONS has this time made the French brand K-Way fall in love with its sacred heart. Kawakubo‘s pop symbol now beats once again in a series of jackets reimagined in a wide range of colors.

The collaboration focuses its design focus on the “Leon Half-Zip” and “Claude Full-Zip” jackets, made from ripstop nylon. Each features a ventilation flap in the yoke of the jacket for breathability, an adjustable hood with elasticated drawstrings, and zipped pockets at the waist.

The heart of PLAY COMME des GARÇONS is nailed on both the front and back of the jackets styled by personalities such as pro surfer Patrick Towersey, kayaker Adam Edwards and pro skater Beatrice Domond.

 

The new PLAY COMME des GARÇONS x K-Way textile episode will be available at COMME des GARÇONS and Dover Street Market from 11 December.
