The new Balenciaga Defender is only for the most daring

First seen during the Spring/Summer 2022 runway show, Balenciaga’s Defender joins the fashion house’s list of sneakers.

Available in beige and black, Demna‘s new silhouette is inspired by tyres. It features an oversized sole made from ultra-resistant materials. The mesh upper features technical overlays in harmony with the rest of the shoe. The Balenciaga logo is featured on the tongue and heel.

An official release date has not yet been confirmed but the Balenciaga Defender is expected to go on sale during the SS22 season.
