Sabek and Piro have opened their new home, a creative space that also aims to become a meeting place for artists. An amplification of the classic studio concept that they have inaugurated together with FOOTDISTRICT and adidas Originals. For the official presentation, Sabek and Piro wanted to bring together their creative community; from actors, to musicians, designers and even neighbours of Carabanchel, the neighbourhood that will host them from now on. As a germ of what will be developed in the new studio, the evening generated connections, sometimes unexpected, between the different areas of creation.
Guests included artists Jaime Urdiales, Spok, Nano4814, names from the world of performance such as Ricardo Gómez and Anna Castillo, filmmaker Roger González, art curators such as Victoria Rivers and musicians Yung Prado and Yerai Cortés. The dinner was in charge of Alejandro Serrano, the youngest chef to achieve a Michelin Star, who shares with Sabek and Piro his passion for colour, while the acoustic sounds of Óscar Trujillo and David del Cerro created the perfect atmosphere together with DJ Javi Dogs.
There they were able to get to know the place where Sabek and Piro will create their works, and to get to know some of them thanks to an exhibition space that the artists showed to the guests. Everyone received a print created for the inauguration, made by the hosts. A piece that they hope will be just the beginning of a series of unions and collaborations. As friends of Sabek and Piro, there were also FOOTDISTRICT and adidas Originals, who sealed their alliance with a pair of adidas Originals SL 72, a model that, like the studio itself, they hope will be the starting point for new projects.
