The lifestyle brand for dogs The Painter’s Wife presents its first capsule collection of T-shirts for humans with the My human and I project. This initiative is a collaboration with two young photographers who have portrayed their community of friends with their dogs in two European capitals; Madrid and Berlin.
Edy Pérez has been in charge of photographing two creatives in Madrid accompanied by their most faithful companions: the stylist Sara Fernández de Castro with her jackrussel Harry and the graphic designer Maurix with his inseparable mestizo Chuck.
Meanwhile, in Berlin, photographer and dog lover Miriam Marlene has photographed three of her companions on walks in the park with their best friends: artist Maria Kpsik with Liliz, her little jackrussel, art director Mimi Tuchendler with Juliusz, her adopted mongrel dog, and stylist Kotryna Zelt with her poodle Peggy.
Dogs and humans wear T-shirts and onesies made from organic cotton obtained from natural seeds and grown without pesticides or other chemicals.
Since its launch in 2017, The Painter’s Wife has worked with the highest quality materials, mostly locally sourced and produced. Last year, the company launched Green Paw, an initiative focused on sustainability in three main areas: Planet, Product and Community.
The Green Paw label distinguishes collections produced using technology and raw materials, which help to reduce the environmental impact of their products. You can find more information by clicking here.
