Mental health and sex: a relationship to consider
Although there is still a long way to go, 2022 has been the year in which mental health has been at the centre of public debate. In addition, the public has become more open to talking about the importance of sex and its benefits for mental health, which has helped people understand the role it plays in our lives. This increased interest in sexual health has been accompanied by technological advances that can improve our lives. 2023 will be a year in which people will take more seriously the integral role that sexual health plays in their lives, with people becoming more innovative and creative when it comes to sex.
In addition, increased awareness of mental health can help to reduce sexual dysfunction, which manifests itself through mental or physical causes and can have a major impact on the mind and confidence of the person affected. Meditation, self-care practices, healthy relationships and ultimately learning about our bodies through pleasure-based sex education can help improve our ability to experience the release and pleasure of orgasm.
Sound phenomena of sexual pleasure: ASMR
