Last night took place on the French Riviera one of the most important events of the year for cinema. It was nothing less than the opening ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival, and among the star guests were great figures of cinema, fashion, former first ladies…. All in a covid-free environment where it was necessary to present a negative test or be vaccinated in order to enjoy the evening.

Once again -and as expected- all eyes were on supermodel Bella Hadid, who wore a Jean Paul Gaultier two-tone black and white dress. But Ester Expósito was not far behind. The actress dazzled everyone in a purple cut-out dress by Etro with a seventies inspiration. From the same house is the semi-transparent jumpsuit with rhinestone details that Candice Swanepoel wore. Marion Cotillard, Chanel ambassador, also stood out with her two looks of the French maison: total casual look by day and metallic gala dress at night. Her partner in the film Annette, Angèle, also opted for a layered black Chanel dress with glittering net.
