This is how Olivier Rousteing celebrated his tenth birthday at Balmain

A decade ago the young Olivier Rousteing, then just 25 years old, took control of Balmain. Now, he celebrates his tenth anniversary at the French house in style with an unforgettable show.

For the occasion, the French designer had the participation of great figures such as Adut Akech, Carla Bruni and Naomi Campbell herself, who was in charge of opening the second part of the show. The designer’s favourite designs, such as blazers and dresses with powerful shoulder pads and beaded dresses, were part of the concept created by Olivier: the Balmain Army.

In addition, Beyonce‘s voice took over the show for a moment to convey a message in tribute to Rousteing. “Your designs have made me feel powerful…. Balmain is your incredible tool for beauty and change. Your perspective, your convictions and your talent have touched and moved us all,” the singer concluded.
