A closer look at Ferragamo Pre-Fall 23 accessories

Maximilian Davis was inspired by Hollywood glamour for Ferragamo’s Pre-Fall 23, translating the brand’s sophisticated attitude into a contemporary vision. Minimalist silhouettes and clean cuts reproduce the spirit of the American West from what the brand calls “A New Perspective”. But if there’s something special about this Ferragamo collection, it’s the accessories. Let’s take a closer look at what they look like and why they make this collection so special. 

Rainbow Sandal 

The iconic Rainbow sandal designed by Salvatore Ferragamo in 1938 for the actress Judy Garland comes in a new version. The original model, preserved in the Ferragamo archive in Florence, is recognized as a cult object in the history of footwear. Rainbow takes its name from the multicolored wedge of the original model, characterized by exaggerated and daring proportions for the time.
The version designed by Maximilian Davis is a monochromatic satin mule, and the new upper is composed of two quilted bands that tie a knot.
We see it in shades of green, bubblegum pink and Ferragamo red, as well as black and gold.

The Eva shoe

The model inspired by the design of the SS 2001 collection, is presented in patent leather. With two heel heights, it comes in white, black, red, lime and lapis lazuli.

Bow silhouette

The iconic Ferragamo bow explores new proportions in this new Pre-Fall collection. The oversized version of the model is incorporated into the Eva pumps, and also in a sandal version; both models in satin.

Wanda bag

The new Wanda bag, first introduced in 1988 in honor of Salvatore Ferragamo’s wife, Wanda Ferragamo, is back for this Pre-Fall. It comes with new geometric proportions that give it a contemporary and minimalist look.

A star element of the SS23 collection, we can fin it in different dimensions and colors. From black to fire red, from brown to leather; both monochromatic and in gradient.

Mini Hobo bag

A contemporary interpretation of the iconic Gancini closure arrives with the launch of a new line in the leathergoods collection: the mini hobo.

A sophisticated and elegant bag in black, white and multiple seasonal colors such as lapis lazuli, bubblegum pink or lime.
