UNDERCOVER x Nike's Daybreak already have a date

After the first teaser in Paris Fashion Week SS19, we finally have an official drop date for the latest sneakers created in collaboration between Nike and UNDERCOVER.

Nike x UNDERCOVER’s Daybreak model updates the silhouette of the 1980s and opts for a play of textures, volumes and proportions. Highlights the salient detail of the heel, which reminds us of the spoilers of racing cars, and the cleats of the sole that extend to the toe, being visible also from a zenithal perspective.

A total black bet has recently been added to the colours that had been presented, extending the series and giving a touch of sobriety and minimalism compared to the vivid and striking colours of the rest. In total, there will be seven different color combinations for the model.

After the amazing drop and the tremendous reception of React Element 87, for this new shape it will be difficult to reach the rhythm of its predecessor. But the general hype and geniality of its silhouette, which has managed to perfectly combine futuristic and dynamic touches with the classicism of the original, promise to guarantee the success of the Daybreak.

Nike and UNDERCOVER have also worked on a complementary clothing collection with garments that mutate to the taste of the buyer, with adjustable velcro tabs that allow transforming some elements of the pieces, such as the width or the holes of the arms of a t-shirt. Functionality is a maxim for the collection, which bets on pockets in unexpected places, such as the hood of a sweatshirt, and details that guarantee comfort, freedom of movement and versatility in each piece.
