UNIQLO has just announced the launch of ‘A Sporty Lifestyle’ collection in collaboration with JW Anderson. It continues to reinterpret the essence of British style with the designer’s witty and bold vision, drawing inspiration from classic British university sports.

Preppy style, comfortable and functional

The collection redraws classic sportswear. This is the case for the women’s cricket cardigan inspired by sports uniforms, made in a lightweight cotton and linen blend that is cool and comfortable. Also the unisex ‘AirSense’ blazer is presented for the first time. In addition, iconic British garments are reimagined in innovative, lightweight, stretchy and quick-drying fabrics, finished with buttons featuring the JW Anderson logo.

Versatile sporty designs

Garments such as the pleated tennis skirt, leggings, short tops in soft AIRism fabric or the ‘Color Block’ parka can also be worn as sportswear. They are presented in light materials and unconventional original colours by the creative director.
