Virgil’s Free Game: steps for your clothing brand

In 2020 Virgil created a free platform aimed at helping all those who wanted to start their own clothing brand. Twelve themes with inspiring speeches and content that helped him to shape his project.

Free Game is organized in 12 chapters that go through the process of creating a brand step by step: How to name your brand? Registering your brand? Using the Adobe Creative Suite of design and graphics software? Creating a website? A lookbook? All of this is accompanied by YouTube videos.

The “Free Game” initiative involves no cost to participants other than time and effort. On a dedicated web page, Abloh has provided a lot of YouTube links and personal notes related to the process of creating your own brand.
