Yes, Beyoncé and Jay-Z have bought the most expensive house in California

The minimalist-inspired property is a truly unique work of art. Previously owned by art collector William Bell, it has now been bought by married couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z for no less than $200 million. Rumour has it that they have reached a good deal with the property’s administrators, as the original price tag was $295 million.

As confirmed by TMZ, it is the most expensive house ever bought in the history of the State of California but not the most valuable in the country, which remains Ken Griffin‘s penthouse in New York.
