If you’ve ever dreamed of touching a piece of the moon, it’s now possible. You can now buy a bag of moon dust for the affordable price of one million dollars.
Throughout history, the moon has held a special place in our hearts. We don’t know if it is because it is magical or because it is our satellite, but it has always been present in our lives. And if not, just ask Jeff Koons or Richard Linklater.
The first lunar sample collected by mankind will be auctioned off on 13 April. What is it worth? Between 8,000 and 1,200,000 dollars. This lunar dust belongs to a decontamination bag that returned to Earth with the Apollo crew in 1969 and was missing for years.
