Chanel has chosen Carlota Casiraghi as its global brand ambassador for its Pre-Fall 2022 campaign directed by SMITH. In case you still don’t know who she is, the 34-year-old belongs to the royal family of Monaco, daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco and granddaughter of René III and Grace Kelly.

The relationship between the Royal House of Monaco and Chanel continues to go from strength to strength, as the French brand’s latest collection featured her in a series of fashion films that followed the two presentations of the brand’s couture designs. In the videos, the brand’s ambassador shared space with other stars such as Pharrell Williams and Virginie Viard.

Karl Lagerfeld maintained a good relationship with the royal family of Monaco and the proof of this is the Chanel proposals for the autumn-winter 2023 pre-collection, which not only feature his image, but are also inspired by the style of the Monegasque. The style that has always fitted perfectly with the brand and which proves that this union is more consolidated than ever.

In the images of the latest Pre-Fall 22 campaign, the Monaco royal poses for Smith in stylish, casual looks that include garments such as the quilted denim jacket and jeans she wore in the brand’s cruise show presented in May. “Charlotte represents Chanel’s style in a very authentic and natural way while remaining true to her own universe,” said the brand’s creative director, Virginie Viard.

The Chanel Pre-Fall 2022 collection is now available in shops and website.
