The North Face Purple Label has chosen Palace for an exclusive 11-piece capsule. Denim is the common thread, but there are also camouflage garments and other basics such as grey and white. TNFPL purple is also included in some of the accessories.
The collection includes outerwear, T-shirts, pants and few accessories. A denim and ripstop jacket matches a pair of pants and a vest with pockets, both in denim. In terms of basics, we find a polo two colorways, a long-sleeved T-shirt and a pair of short-sleeved tees with logo. To complete the capsule, a cap, a pair of backpacks, a tote and satchel bags are included, as well as a colourful scarf with a motif of mountaineers.
TNF Purple Label’s Japanese division was founded in the early 2000s. It is managed by Nanamica, a leading outdoor brand in the Japanese market. Purple Label designs and manufactures premium products with premium materials for the selective Japanese audience. The prices are a bit higher than those usually set by The North Face, as it is clothing with a higher quality.
Unfortunately, the Palace x THE NORTH FACE PURPLE LABEL capsule collection will only be released in Japan, and will be available from March 27. You can find it at THE NORTH FACE STANDARD Japan, at the Palace store in Tokyo and online, and at the Japanese nanamica store.
This month, Palace has also released a collection with Lotties Skateshop illustrated with graphics created by Gigliotti. You can see more details of this collaboration here.
