This time, the British brand has applied its utilitarian approach to Converse’s Chuck 70 Ox silhouette. The collaboration stands out for its high-quality craftsmanship and functional approach, designed to simplify your everyday routine.
These low-top sneakers will be available in shades of “Green” and “Oceana,” with a tonal fabric upper, a squared tongue and an embossed leather heel. The rubber toe caps feature “ACW_CNVS” lettering, while the double-layered edges blend in with classic Converse soles. In addition, co-branded details are found on the tongues and insoles, along with ACW badges on the ankles.
In addition to the footwear, the two brands present a functional apparel capsule that includes structured vests, polo shirts, T-shirts and shorts in darkened earth tones. Converse has tapped talented Japanese musician Takuya Nakamura to present the collaboration, reflecting his transgressive musical attitude in the new campaign.
Both footwear and apparel will be available July 11 through A-COLD-WALL*, Converse and select retailers.
And speaking of footwear, Nike ACG Exploraid returns in 2024.
