This is Louis Vuitton’s first permanent tableware collection

Two new ranges of cutlery and glassware as well as dinnerware sets were presented at an exclusive charity gala.

Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton, received a select group of guests – including Peter Marino, Christine Schwarzman and Countess Patrice de Vogüé – at the historic Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte to unveil all the secrets of the first permanent tableware signed by the Maison.

Under the titles ‘Constellation’ and ‘Splendor’ are grouped a series of porcelain pieces in the form of glasses, jugs, decanters and cutlery “designed for every moment of life, from everyday meals to special occasions”. The first proposal is constructed in Limoges porcelain and features 13 designs adorned with the renowned Monogram elements; while the second encompasses a total of 17 parts with a playful iteration of the letters L and V.

The Rivet cutlery selection consists of 14 stainless steel pieces in tubular shape; and the Rivet Épi range stands out for its handles inspired by wheat fields waving in the sun. Finally, the collection is rounded off with rotating glasses and Flower carafes in four colors of Murano glass.

You can find the ‘Constellation’ and ‘Splendor’ collections from October 31 at louisvuitton.com and physical boutiques around the world; while to buy ‘Splendor’ and ‘Rivet Épi’ you will have to wait until November 14.
