Pharrell takes the House to new horizons with a unique look and a fresh, vibrant and contemporary aesthetic.
Inspired by a transatlantic voyage, the collection fuses dandy silhouettes with luxurious materials, creating an approach that defies convention and reflects the duality of elegance and freedom.
The creative director’s proposal is a collage of influences that transcend time. Sharp cuts, sophisticated textures and saturated colours take centre stage, from eveningwear to casual daywear. In a modern reinterpretation of Hollywood glamour, Williams introduces shawl collar coats, elongated peignoirs and double-breasted blazers in rich blues, paired with deep pleated khaki trousers, all with the hallmarks of sharp tailoring that evokes the nostalgia of classic cinema.
But what really makes this collection unique is its ability to mix those elevated moments with the coolness of sportswear. A denim shirt and shorts ensemble is a nod to preppy American culture, while nautical print jackets – a Louis Vuitton signature – complete the look. On this trip, seafaring not only inspires the look, but is naturally integrated into the brand’s iconic bags, with lifeguard shapes and details that refer to marine life, an aesthetic reference that Pharrell also adopts with his personal style.
The scene changes when the sun begins to shine: pastel shades and vibrant colours pay homage to the Miami sky. Here, vibrant looks come to life: loungewear in silks, embellished with bold stripes and the fashion house’s unmistakable Monogram in neon. The fusion of organic raffia with brown leather on jackets and T-shirts highlights the collection’s tropical heritage, while the Damier print is reinvented with natural fabrics and subtle touches of luxury.
Accessories, from duffles to backpacks, dip into tropical nature, transforming leaves into the Damier pattern and challenging the boundaries of traditional style with bold, modern lines. Raffia visors, along with resort-inspired caps, complete the look, while the LV logo takes centre stage in a palette of white, pastel pink and navy, evoking Louis Vuitton‘s laid-back but always chic vibe.
