ABRA SS26 debuted yesterday on the official Paris Fashion Week calendar with a presentation at Dover Street Market Paris. The SS26 collection is conceived as an exploration of the everyday woman’s wardrobe. It is also an attempt to define what the ultimate closet might look like.
The exercise starts from the archetypes of fashion — the dress, the jacket, the essential pieces. The aim is to question what makes them “perfect” and how those familiar codes can be reinterpreted into something singular. The result focuses on elevating the basics, shifting proportions, refining shapes, and working with simplicity until it becomes distinctive.
With production now established in Italy, the proposal reflects a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each garment is conceived to convey precision, consideration, and permanence.
