Asics X AFFIX | Two versions of the iconic Gel-Kinsei OG

After relaunching the original model GEL-KINSEI OG, ASICS presents two new versions of the renowned high mileage model together with the AFFIX project.

Launched for the first time in 2006, the GEL-KINSEI design was instantly praised as advanced. After coming into contact again with its OG version, the Japanese giant bets on the avant-garde of fashion by partnering with AFFIX.

Inspired by the basic concept of AFFIX, which focuses on the collective exploration of global utility, the GEL-KINSEI OG model becomes the perfect medium for expressing it.

The colourways of the collaboration AFFIX x ASICS GEL-KINSEI OG are inspired by high-pressure waterjet cutting systems. A different and conceptual vision that only the most faithful to the project – in which Kiko Kostadinov is to be found – will be able to understand.

The new model AFFIX x GEL-KINSEI OG will go on sale next September 5th in retailers selected as SIVASDESCALZO.
