Awake NY has unveiled its latest collection for the Spring/Summer 2022 season. Inspired by the New York City of 1999-2001, the capsule captures the free and aspirational spirit of the era.
As with previous collections, the launch features classic Awake NY pieces, but with a new twist. These include outerwear, tracksuits, cargo trousers, cardigans, knitwear and more. Jackets include varsity-style jackets, star-print anoraks and zip-up fleeces with twin tower designs.
As usual, knitwear remains relevant, with cardigans and waistcoats featuring stripes and butterflies. In addition, the collection continues with the brand’s signature crossover suit, but updated with a grey striped pattern combined with pastel pink and blue. There is also a leopard print ensemble and classic tracksuits with contrasting stitching.
Drop 1 of Awake NY’s SS22 collection is available from Wednesday 4 May at 11am ET on the brand’s website. Drop 2 will arrive on Friday, May 13.
