Balenciaga adds screws to its Bouncer sneaker

Balenciaga presents its well-known Balenciaga Defender Bouncer, now with a new sole.

The shoe is made of mesh and nylon with no leather uppers, favoring overlapping panels and distressed detailing in keeping with Demna’s signature simplistic and clean aesthetic. As for the classic House elements, the Balenciaga logo appears on the toe cap and back, along with the EU shoe number.

New is the inclusion of screws between the sections that make up the tire sole unit, adding an even more rugged and intimidating touch. The pair is completed by a 15mm arch, long laces and a tongue.

You can now get the Balenciaga Bouncer sneakers online or in stores worldwide for $1,550 USD.
