As usual, Converse (@converse) and Neighborhood (@neighborhood_official) have collaborated again. On this occasion, the entire collection is inspired by motorcyclists, a source of inspiration familiar to the Japanese brand.
In addition to including All Star models Chuck Taylor ’70 and Jack Purcell, they present a wide variety of clothing that fuses the spirit of Shinsuke Takizawa with the well-known products of the American brand.
Chuck Taylor ’70, in black, have a large Velcro closure on the front of the foot that says “Craft With Pride” and “Shift”, referring to the change of gear that is done with the foot on motorcycles.
On the other hand, in the Jack Purcell, also in black, the white letters in the midsole that say “NBHDCNSJP” stand out. The upper combines suede and leather, giving it a more resistant look. In fact, the heel is embroidered with the word “resistance” in kanji.
Both shoe models and the clothing collection will be available from August 24 on the Converse website.
