DHL and Varsity create limited edition sustainable cap

Varsity Headwear, the company specialising in sustainable headwear design, has teamed up with DHL to create a limited edition cap.

Made from discarded plastic from land and sea, commonly known as Seaqual yarn, the new selection of 200 caps feature a soft feel and variable shape. This means they can be adapted and reduced in size so that they can be packed in smaller boxes to reduce production and packaging costs. In addition, they are CO2 neutral due to a combination of offsetting and insertion by DHL.

The new designs are available in black and include six panels and an adjustable strap in yellow and red, in keeping with the original DHL aesthetic. A significant detail is an enamelled plate on the back, which can be replaced with the VS logo.
